Dry Cured Sausage - Salchichón

The Dry Cured Sausage - Salchichon - is a type of sausage that is made from lean ground beef and pork bacon. The sausage is seasoned with sea salt, pepper and garlic, and tripe embucha in after 24 hours of maceration.

There are different types of sausages as the origin of the animal. In Spain the most common is that the sausage is pork , but also consumes a lot of wild boar and deer.
