Cured Bacon - Curado

The cured bacon  is a type of meat that is located under the back of the pig, between the front legs and rear. There are different types of bacon, as fresh, marinated or cured. The cured Bacon is salted and macerated with a mixture of pepper for about 15 days and subsequently is a healing process that lasts about a month.

The cured Bacon is usually eaten fried, sandwiches or hamburgers, either accompanying vegetables.
