Iberian Shoulder Ham


The shoulder is the generic name of the product obtained of the front legs of the pig, crude salt and cured naturally . It presents the process of drafting the ham .

While the palette and ham from the same pig have a very similar taste, it is true that between them there are subtle details that differentiate them : thus, the palette is usually more aromatic and taste slightly sweet, but not why it can say that ham taste better.
