Transport
Distribuciones Gordito sends its products via express courier companies. However, if you wish, you can inquire at info@distribucionesgordito.com or 954 96 05 10 about other shipping options.
The shipping time varies depending on the shipping area. It ranges from 24 to 72 working hours (from when the payment is received) within mainland Spain. Outside mainland Spain, it may take 2-3 more days. This time starts counting from 12 noon the next working day, as preparation time is needed.
The cost increases with the weight of the package or the shipping location.
You can check the prices by adding products to the cart and entering your shipping address. On average, an order in Spain may cost 6 euros.
There is no maximum order limit, but to ship orders weighing more than 100 kg, it is necessary to contact Distribuciones Gordito via info@distribucionesgordito.com or 954 96 05 10.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by hand to the shipping address provided during the purchase process. Delivery is made during office hours; if you need it delivered at a specific time, please indicate so. The recipient must sign a delivery note.
If no one is available, the courier will leave a document with the phone number of the delivery company, and you will need to arrange a new day and time for delivery within the next 48 hours.
If on the second attempt the courier still finds no one, you will need to pick up the order at the nearest office of the transport company to the delivery address.
If the order is not picked up within 72 hours, it will be returned to Distribuciones Gordito, awaiting a new shipment at another time, with shipping costs to be paid again and without the quality guarantees and return rights provided on this page.
Pickup Option
If you wish, you can place the order through the website and pick it up at no cost directly at the Distribuciones Gordito headquarters at C/ Estrella Canopus, block 7, local 5, 41015 Seville.
