The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:
- The product or packaging is damaged; in such a case, the carrier must be notified before collecting the order.
- The product is not in good condition or is not of the quality specified in its description.
You have seven days from the time of delivery to inform Distribuciones Gordito about the need to make a return and proceed with it. To do so, you can contact Distribuciones Gordito via info@distribucionesgordito.com or 954 96 05 10. Returns without prior communication are not accepted.
Distribuciones Gordito commits to replacing the product with one of the same or superior characteristics or to providing a full refund within 30 days of receiving it, also covering shipping costs.
No product replacements will be made when the returned item weighs 20 percent less or more than the original item. In such a case, the customer will be informed, and the product may be returned with shipping costs due.
