This Arab Sauvignon Blanc wine is made by destemming the grapes and allowing them to macerate for 6 hours. After this time, a light pressing is done to collect the free-run juice. It is fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12ºC. Once this step is completed, it is followed by cold fermentation to retain the natural sugars without transforming the wine, keeping it cold until bottling.
