MANZANILLA AGÜESO
Manzanilla Argüeso
The Manzanilla Argüeso is a wine obtained from grapes of origin 100 palomina. It is from Cadiz, in particular of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. In the mouth is a fine manzanilla, with light marine touches and color straw gold.
It is a wine that goes very well with all kinds of meats or cheese, but is without a doubt when taken accompanying seafood when it is most enhances its flavor.

- Fermentation: fermentation conducted for the production of white wines
Fermentation temperature: 25° C. - Breeding system: of criaderas and soleras, characteristic of this D.O. breeding system
- Alcohol content: 15 vol.
- Sugar: Less than 3 gramoslitro.
- Dry extract: 20-15 ABRIGO.
- Volatile acidity: less than 0.40.
- Total acidity: 4.20-4.80.
- Total sulphur dioxide: less than 70 mg.l.
- Color: Golden straw, very pale.
- Bouquet: Fresh, clean, and nutty Aroma. The mouth is clean intensity, with notes retronasal mild and pleasant.
- Breeding time: 48 months.
